Notes:

RT70S-6 is a copper low-alloy steel wire, using argon or CO2 as the protective gas, suitable for the wide current. It has excellent welding performance ,fine welding appearance, good resistance cracking  quality , stable arc, less welding spatter ,good welding molding and small metal stomatal sensitivity.

Application:

It is used for the carbon steel and 500MPa mild alloy steel ( single or multi-channel)such as vehicles, bridges, buildings and mechanical structures),also used for high-speed welding  such as sheet metals, pipelines.

Please be noted:

1. While using argon gas for stopping a strong short circuit arc which leads to the formation of stomata, arc voltage should not be too low, and the arc length should be between 4-5 mm.

2. With argon gas, it performs well (less spattering, good weld molding). To avoid white points you should use the high pure gas and pay much attention to the skill.
